Story
A crisp delightful, shandy style cocktail.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Ardbeg Ten Years Old
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Carpano Antica
1 oz apple syrup*
3 oz pilsner (light draft beer)
Method
Shake all ingredients except the pilsner in a iced filled shaker, fine strain into a highball, top with pilsner.
*1 cup cloudy apple juice, 1/3 cup white sugar. Bring apple juice to a low heat, add sugar and remove from heat
